Reached out to see about my options to address an issue on my computer. From the first customer representative to the hour spent working with Natasha it couldn’t have been any easier.
She was thorough, understanding and patient.
$90 for the hour and my issue was addressed and fixed within the hour. Such an easy experience
I chose to go with the yearly package at $250 which basically provides me with a monthly service to keep everything up to date and running properly.
