I am a business owner here in the PNW. My computer kept crashing, I was losing data and unable to access time sensitive information. When no one else could help - in walks Natasha I was having serious issues with the BLUE screens, small messages and then shutting down. I literally spoke with 11 people all men from 11 different companies including someone I have known and worked with for 20+ years. No one could help or wanted to try to help, They all wanted service commitments and money upfront with no guarantees what they could or would do or that my information would be saved. I was quoted up to $1k from these companies and no one could assure I would be in a better place when they were done. Most just wanted me to allow them to purchase me a new computer. THEN I stumbled across Duck Duck Geeks and NATASHA FRANCOIS. All my questions were answered. She promised my information would not be lost and the fee for the service, I thought was not serious. Her price was fair and she beat most of the other competitors who could promise nothing. Honestly at the point of being overwhelmed that I was at - the costs did not really matter. The most incredible service!! We have had the pleasure of having Natasha working in our home for a number of hours. We've been having internet problems for a couple of years, and stuff went on and off line regularly and worked really slowly, but we never got anywhere with our internet provider. Natasha came out initially to solve a printer problem. But she quickly realized that the main computer in our house had a corrupt operating system. [We have 4 computers]. She gradually worked through everything. She went to Staples to get a new printer; she went to our internet provider to get a new modem/router combo. One of our computer is brand new and she helped w/setting that up and being sure it was synched w/ a phone and another computer. She helped us get a used iPhone to replace the Google phone that was given to us by our phone provider as a replacement which we could never figure out. She cleaned the main computer and waited for the newest system to fully install [which took a long time]. Throughout all of this, she was so personable and explained everything she was doing so clearly. She even talked on the phone to the internet provider so that they would give us the best modem/router. We have never had such competent and detailed help. We are both writers and our writing is going to go so much faster now that all our systems work! No more pinwheels of death! Thank you so much, Natasha!! Office Manager I have never done anything like this before, as I have gone into a Computer store to have my computers worked on. Sometimes it’s just not feasible, so I decided to try it remotely. The staff was really patient and caring, and the technician was very efficient. She first checked my hard drive, finding no issues. She then scanned my computer for viruses, and again, no issues.
