Thanks for purchasing our products (or subscribing to our services) at Duck Duck Geeks.

*All service fees are non-refundable.

*Deposit payments are non-refundable

EXCEPTIONS

On-site Services - Are refundable before 24 hours of the service. If a refund request is requested within 24 hours, there are no refunds. However, an appointment can be rescheduled for another day.

Deposit Payments - If a technician is unable to reach your home or business, deposits will not be refunded but it can be applied to a new appointment.

Service Memberships - Absolutely no refunds after 14 days. Subscriptions will auto renew yearly and can be cancelled by calling us. Service Memberships purchased under a promotion is non-refundable from the day of purchase.

Remote Services - (Hourly/Monthly) There are no refunds. You may contact us to cancel your membership, but your subscription will remain active until the next billing cycle. You may cancel your monthly service plan at anytime by managing your membership in the Customer Portal or call us at (833) 825-4335.
