I had a bit of camera issues with my refurbished Galaxy note 20 and Natasha was very kind and helpful throughout the entire experience. She worked very quick and diligently and was able to have my phone ready within the day. She was able to communicate well and she was very open for scheduling times that fit both of our schedules. Natasha was easy to work with. She was patient, knowledgeable and was able to help me with a wide variety of my Apple problems: desktop, iPhone, and iPad. She was straightforward (which is important to me) and used language which was easy to understand… not “computerese”, which previous tech teachers have used.
